The Role
Transformational
Facilitator - Facilitating profound learning and change using evolving
interventions ie participative design, etc. in evolving whole systems to
assist
in the achievement of systemic sustainability.
Transformational Facilitator skills
are for Facilitators who are involved in:
Strategies to move their systems towards a
learning type organization and raising the collective consciousness (orgmind) of the
systems.
Replacing low-impact structured
interventions with unstructured systemic learning.
Facilitating learning and change based on
the needs of the system as a "whole" and individuals as parts of the
"whole".
Tapping the capacity of the system and
individuals to thrive in the white waters of Far-From-Equilibrium.
Reinforcing and/or facilitating continuing
learning in a system following structured interventions.
Facilitating the design and/or
implementation of new systems or processes.
- Facilitating the ongoing learning of individuals, with a
specific focus on team and organizational leaders.
