Structured
Process Facilitator - Optimizing the performance of a
group or team in a structured environment, i.e. a one off meeting, using
structure task and relationship processes where the facilitator is the
formal "leader" of the group or team
The role of the Structured
Process Facilitator includes:
- Contracting with the group, prior to
an intervention, on agreed roles, behavioral standards and task
objectives.
- Facilitating the achievement of the
task objectives through the use of appropriate structured task
processes i.e. nominal group technique and relationship processes
i.e. start stop continue etc. The focus is one of directing.
- Following up with the group to ensure
the implementation of agreed actions.
